- Look for a YWG Goldwings volunteer in the terminal - find them in their black longsleeve YWG Goldwings uniform shirt with a yellow name tag, branded lanyard and a welcoming, friendly smile!
- Tell the volunteer where you need to go or what information you need clarified.
- The volunteer will point you in the right direction and help explain airport information in a clear, friendly way.
- If needed, ask for help in English or French.
